¡á Guide on the repayment of the 3rd year Realiation debt

According to the Retaliation plan approved by the court, the 3rd year Retaliation debt would be repaid in December 2019.
(See Gist of a Proposal for Planned Rehabilitation dated 17 November 2016)
Please read the followings and submit the related documents to us.

1. Required documents: 1 copy of invoice and 1 copy of bank account

A. The name of creditor and the name of the issuer of invoice (company) shall be the same and the transaction related to the reorganization debt shall be specified in the invoice.

B. The name of issuer of invoice (company) and the name of beneficiary of the account for the payee specified in the invoice shall be the same.

C. If you have any question on the amount of invoice, please directly contact the person in charge at our company.

2. Deadline: Dec. 20, 2019

3. Date of payment in cash: Dec. 30, 2019
